Description

In the centre of the painting, a young man in a cap kneels beside a shed, repairing an old bicycle. Pigeons peck on the ground beside him. An old rusty spade and bucket lie in the foreground. A brick wall behind shows metal staples and repairs. A young sapling off-centre provides some greenery against the largely red and purple tones.
