This Morris Mini Minor 848cc motor car was originally registered on 24 November 1959. The registration number is 2210 SM with chassis number M/A 2S4.5356 and engine number 8AM FAU H379935
This is the famous Mini, designed by Alec Issigonis. This was the car of the swinging sixties and was seen in many films of the period, often painted in bright patterns like the Union Jack. However, in fact, the engine was not as revolutionary as it was reputed to be and the Hillman Imp was much more technically advanced.
