Description

Galloway cars were produced at Tongland in Dumfriesshire. The factory was run by a woman called Dorothee Pullinger whose father T.C.Pullinger, was the Director of Arrol-Johnston, the parent company of Galloway.

This is the car “produced by women for women”. Dorothee was an engineer herself and employed many other female engineers in this factory.
