- Description

One pounder/grinder/anvil of red-brown stone. Made on a large, elongated beach pebble. Sub-rectangular on plan. Pounder use-wear at one end. The other end bears faceted grinder use-wear. One face has anvil use-wear, off-centre. The other face has dark staining and use-wear polish from handling. Mann Collection.
