Katie Bruce is Curator/Producer of Art Post 1945. Her previous role at the Gallery of Modern Art (GoMA) was the Social Inclusion Coordinator, principally working on commissioning the outreach projects and artist residencies for the Social Justice Biennial programmes and exhibitions (2003–9).
She graduated in 1994 with a MA in Fine Art from the University of Edinburgh and Edinburgh College of Art (Tapestry Department) and in 1994 completed a MA in Gallery Studies at the University of Essex. She was a member of the engage Scotland Development Group (2008–14) and on the Artistic Advisory Committee for the Glasgow International Festival of Visual Art (2007–12).
